WeMoms is seeking a Community Manager to join our Studio team and scale our social presence. You will bridge content strategy and execution across platforms, ensuring engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and beyond while collaborating with Voodoo for growth.

You should have early experience in community management, a flair for trends, and a strong sense of audience dynamics. Fluency in French is essential; you’ll manage an editorial calendar and analyze performance to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• First experience in community management (internship or apprenticeship included).
• Highly fluent in social media codes, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Understand algorithms and engagement mechanics.
• Strong instinct for viral content and trends.
• Curious, proactive, and constantly monitoring trends.
• Organized and able to manage an editorial calendar.
• Enjoy analyzing performance and extracting insights.
• Native or bilingual in French.

Responsabilités

• Content Strategy & Ideation: Contribute to building and managing the editorial calendar.
• Social Media Execution: Publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and optimize posts.
• Performance & Insights: Track content performance and provide actionable recommendations.
