Buronomic, situé à Honfleur, recherche un apprenti QHSE (H/F) pour rejoindre son département d'Industrie et Logistique. Vous travaillerez sous la supervision du Directeur Industriel, en participant à des tâches clé comme le suivi de la qualité, les audits et la prévention des risques.

Ce poste requiert un étudiant motivé et rigoureux, préparant un diplôme en QHSE. Vous bénéficierez d'une expérience enrichissante dans un cadre collaboratif, axé sur l'amélioration continue.

Le poste est à temps plein, 35 heures par semaine, avec un début prévu à l'automne 2026.

Responsabilités

• Participer au suivi du système de gestion de la qualité.
• Mettre à jour la documentation (procédures, méthodes opérationnelles).
• Surveiller les indicateurs de qualité et participer aux analyses de non-conformité.
• Contribuer à la préparation et à l'exécution des audits.
• Participer à l'obtention des normes ISO et autres.
• Contribuer aux actions de prévention des risques dans l'atelier.

buronomic, a company located in Honfleur (Calvados 14), specializing in the design and manufacture of office furniture for over 40 years, is looking for its QHSE apprentice (M/F).

In this context, you will hold the position of QHSE Facilitator apprentice, attached to the Industry and Logistics Department, and will be accompanied by the Industrial Director throughout your apprenticeship.

Reporting to the Industrial Director and working closely with all departments, you will participate in the following tasks:

Quality

• Participate in monitoring the quality management system
• Update the documentation (procedures, operating methods)
• Monitor quality indicators and participate in non‑conformity analyses
• Contribute to the preparation and execution of audits
• Participate in obtaining ISO and other standards
• Participate in updating the DUERP
• Supporting risk prevention actions in the workshop
• Raising awareness among teams about good safety practices (PPE, gestures, postures)
• Contribute to the analysis of workplace accidents
• Facilitating QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment) meetings / writing QSE reports
• Participate in monitoring environmental actions (waste, consumption, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in environmental matters
• Participate in projects to improve workstations and processes
• Propose and monitor corrective and preventive actions

We are looking for a motivated, independent and rigorous student who wishes to develop their skills in an industrial environment.

You are preparing for a degree in QHSE / HSE / Quality (Bachelor's +3 to Bachelor's +5)

You possess the following skills:

• Interest in industrial environments.
• Analytical, organisational and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
