Jobtailor is seeking an Apprentice Maintenance/Methods Engineer to join the Montfort plant, focusing on equipment reliability and maintenance performance on the shop floor. You will help define and deploy Autonomous Maintenance standards, support field teams, update AMM materials and monitor maturity, while contributing to EAM reviews and preventive maintenance planning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Bac+3 degree in maintenance, methods or industrial engineering.
- Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Interest in equipment reliability and data analysis.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with BI tools.
- Ability to formalize processes and standards.
Responsabilités
- Autonomous Maintenance (AMM) standards definition and deployment.
- Support field teams in adopting AMM practices and update materials.
- Monitor AMM maturity on targeted equipment and report progress.
- Assist EAM leaders in analyzing preventive tasks and workloads.
- Contribute to planning improvements and cost reduction in technical stores.
- Develop and evolve Power BI dashboards; track KPIs from CMMS data.
- Provide regular reporting to tutor and technical team.
