Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP recherche un(e) Apprenti(e) RH (H/F) à Puteaux à partir de septembre 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans, afin de rejoindre l’équipe Ressources Humaines HPE France. Vous interviendrez sur la mise en œuvre du programme Diversité et Inclusion, la création et l’actualisation de contenus RH, et le soutien administratif des salariés et managers.

Profil : Bac+5 en RH ou discipline associée, dynamisme, rigueur, bonnes capacités de communication et anglais

Responsibilities

• Contribuer activement à la mise en œuvre et au suivi du programme Diversité et Inclusion.
• Créer, mettre à jour et améliorer les contenus de support RH.
• Contribuer aux projets RH locaux.
• Assister l'équipe RH (collectes et saisies d’informati ons RH, administration du personnel).
• Rédiger des communications et des supports RH à destination des salariés et des managers.

Qui vous êtes

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en RH ou une discipline connexe.

• Dynamique, esprit d’initiative : vous aimez travailler sur une multitude de projets.
• Organisation et rigueur.
• Bonnes capacités de communication, discrétion & confidentialité.
• Sens de la collaboration : goût du travail en équipe, vous aimez construire des relations solides avec vos interlocuteurs.
