IXO Inc. is seeking a machine-learning engineer to develop and improve models with repeatable data preparation and evaluation. You will work with Python and ML libraries to build and refine models, and manage data using MongoDB.

The role emphasizes end-to-end experimentation, documentation, and collaboration across deployment environments, with remote work and flexible hours. Compensation is hourly in USD, depending on scope.

• Strong Python with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or equivalent ML frameworks.
• Hands-on MongoDB and practical data preparation/feature engineering.
• Knowledge of model metrics and experience solving real ML problems.
• Cloud or enterprise model deployment and clear technical documentation.
