Monk builds visual expertise through Computer Vision and Deep Learning, delivering a production-ready damage-detection system for vehicles. We seek an experienced Applied AI Team Lead (Computer Vision) to guide a small team, shape the model roadmap, and own end-to-end AI projects from problem framing to deployment.

You will mentor ML engineers, advance CV research, and collaborate with Product, Backend, and Infra to deploy reliable models at scale from Paris offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in applied ML / data science / computer vision.
• Experience leading or mentoring ML engineers or data scientists.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor ML engineers and data scientists.
• Shape model roadmap with Product and Engineering to drive delivery.
• Drive applied computer vision research to improve accuracy and generalization.
• Design, train, and iterate deep learning models (detection, segmentation, classification).
• Guide datasets construction with data engineering and annotation teams.
• Own end-to-end AI projects from exploration to deployment and retraining.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Infra to ship models to production.
