A healthcare technology company in Biarritz is looking for an experienced applied AI/ML Software Engineer to develop innovative features for their oncology products. This role will impact patient care through developing AI solutions, collaborating with product and delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Python and ML experience, along with fluency in English and a good command of French. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare challenges while working in an autonomous environment.

How your role contributes to Resilience’s success: You’ll be at the forefront of our innovation strategy, directly impacting patient care and real-world evidence research. By prototyping and delivering production-ready AI features, you’ll help us achieve our vision of empowering oncologists with cutting-edge technology.
A few members of your team: This team is in its early stages. Alongside Ivan, your manager and ML engineer, you will form the core of it. The team's goal is to accelerate the delivery of AI features within our products—whether by using off-the-shelf AI tools, developing models for well-identified needs, or integrating models built by ML researchers in other teams. You’ll work closely with Noémie and Anthony (Product & Delivery Team).
A few words about your manager: Ivan leads the AI engineering initiatives and brings deep expertise in ML/NLP applications for healthcare. He values autonomy, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving.
