Job summary

ADAXIS is seeking an Application Engineer to help clients deploy AdaOne from initial install to production ramp‑up. You’ll translate users’ needs into concrete use cases and ensure successful adoption of our hybrid manufacturing software.

Travel regularly across Europe to client sites, diagnose issues, train users, and collaborate with product & dev teams to align features with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in robotics, mechatronics, or similar.
• Experience in a technical customer-facing role is appreciated.
• Familiarity with computer-aided engineering software or hardware is a plus.
• Robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and support AdaOne in production environments.
• Diagnose and solve technical issues (bugs, post-processing, robot integration, slicer tuning).
• Train and guide users (researchers, engineers, machine operators).
• Translate users’ needs into concrete results and use cases.
• Collect and structure feedback to help improve the product.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As an Application Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert helping clients succeed with AdaOne – from initial install to production ramp‑up.

• Work closely with customers to deploy, configure and support AdaOne in production environments.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Engineering degree in robotics, mechatronics, or similar. Experience in a technical customer-facing role is appreciated, ideally in computer-aided engineering software or hardware. Computer design and robotic integration skills (language, configuration, environment) are expected.
• You love solving real engineering problems, talking to users, and making things work.
• You know your way around robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing.
• You’re comfortable travelling often and adapting to new contexts.
• Bonus: experience in manufacturing, integration, or sensors.
