United States Digital Space LLC in France seeks a role within the Insurance Team to drive pricing and product design for large corporate clients and public institutions.

You will partner with sales to develop compelling proposals, serve as a trusted technical advisor, design compliant insurance products, support key accounts, and build scalable tools for the sales organization. Fluency in French and English is required, with remote/hybrid work options available.

The Insurance Team

• We build and manage offers for large companies and public institutions with our sales and account management teams.
• We make sure our portfolio is closely monitored and risks are effectively managed.
• We also manage our capital, steer our reinsurance strategy and maintain a trusting relationship with our insurance regulators.

Your role

Is it you we’re looking for?

You would thrive in this role if you:

• Are able to navigate and synthesize technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance
• 2 years of experience in Health and/or "Prevoyance" Insurance are a big plus but are not required
• Are analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
• Are excited about bringing technical expertise in a business-centric context
• Are willing to deeply change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
• Approach challenges with a scalability perspective, continuously identifying opportunities to optimize processes and systems
• Have strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Are fluent in both French (French clients) and English (the company’s working language)

For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-F level range.
