Responsibilities

• Drive analytical innovation and qualification of new molecules to ensure product reliability.
• Lead developments in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography for organosilicate and organometallic molecules.
• Train teams on advanced analytical techniques and provide specialized expertise.
• Manage qualification of new molecule suppliers and define qualification protocols with Quality.
• Act as analytical/technical contact with international laboratories for correlation studies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with a focus on safety and cross‑functional management.
