Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an Analytical Chemistry Specialist for a Freelance AI Trainer project based in France. You will evaluate AI-generated analytical content, develop scenarios, and assess instrumentation like MS, HPLC, GC, and NMR. The role requires a PhD (or equivalent) and strong communication of complex science.

Qualifications

• PhD in analytical chemistry or equivalent advanced expertise preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles, instrumentation, spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemical methods, quantitative analysis and method development.
• Experience in laboratory research, method validation, pharmaceutical or environmental testing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with MS, HPLC, GC, NMR, trace analysis, titrimetry and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent technical writing and ability to explain complex scientific concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; ability to document reproducible findings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for factual accuracy and scientific rigor.
• Develop and evaluate scenarios involving spectroscopy, chromatography and analytical methods.
• Assess MS, HPLC, GC, NMR interpretations and related instrumentation.
• Identify reproducible errors and reporting of model weaknesses to improve AI performance.
• Provide detailed scientific feedback and propose corrections for prompts and testing methods.
• Apply QA/QC principles to evaluate reliability of AI outputs.
• Communicate conclusions and analytical approaches clearly to improve model transparency.
