The Apex Group is a leading fund administration and risk management provider. We seek a detail-oriented analyst to support MLRO/DMLRO/CO on regulated client entities and to perform KYC reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory prep work.

Join a globally represented team with a focus on compliance, controls, and timely reporting. Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a degree and/or professional qualification in finance and/or legal or other relevant qualification.
• Good knowledge of AML/CFT.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to pressure and tight deadlines.
• Computer literate: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• High degree of initiative with a 'can do' attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assist the MLRO/DMLRO/CO on regulated client entities (Mauritius campus) in conducting transaction monitoring and other second line controls as per established controls and monitoring plan.
• Conduct KYC reviews on a sample basis as per set plan.
• Prepare business risk assessments for client entities on an annual basis.
• Assist with regulatory inspections.
• Assist in preparation of statistics and KPI reports for reporting purposes.
