BD recrute pour une alternance bas�� dans le cadre de la gestion de projets et installations, à Grenoble. Vous intégrez une équipe nationale et participez à la planification, au suivi et à la coordination des ressources et des intervenants, tout en respectant les enjeux HSE et les coûts.

Le poste permet une immersion dans la gestion de projets et le reporting, avec montée en compétences sur les outils et processus et une collaboration transversale avec les équipes techniques.

Qualifications

• Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en gestion de projet, génie industriel, logistique ou maintenance.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais.
• Allemand apprécié.
• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils collaboratifs.

Responsabilités

• Participer à la planification des installations et à l’affectation des ressources.
• Assurer le suivi des installations dans les outils internes (CRM, Teams, planning).
• Contribuer à la coordination des techniciens, sous-traitants et intérimaires.
• Suivre les heures, coûts et indicateurs de performance des installations.
• Participer aux réunions de pilotage et au reporting hebdomadaire.
• Accompagner les actions HSE : EPI, habilitations, formations, audits outils.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la digitalisation des processus.
