Mission

As a nursing assistant at Korian, you support residents throughout the day in their daily activities. In coordination with the rest of the care team, you contribute to providing hygiene and comfort care, adapting to each resident's health status and preferences. Building relationships is an integral part of your duties, and you take the time to be present for each individual. You support and promote communication and self-expression.
