Onela (Etre bien chez soi) recherche un(e) Aide-Ménager(ère) pour soutenir les clients dans leurs tâches quotidiennes. Vous serez responsable du ménage, des courses, et du soutien moral, avec la possibilité d'emplois à temps plein ou partiel. Une équipe attentive et des avantages intéressants vous attendent pour un environnement de travail enrichissant.

Qualifications

• Pas de diplôme requis.
• Expérience non obligatoire.
• Attitude importante pour le travail en équipe.

Responsabilités

• Effectuer des tâches ménagères quotidiennes (nettoyage, lavage, courses).
• Apporter un soutien moral aux clients isolés.
• Aider les clients actifs à améliorer leur qualité de vie.

If you want to work in home assistance, this opportunity is for you! We are looking for future Aide-ménager(ères). Your role will be to perform daily household tasks for clients (cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping). Your interpersonal skills also allow you to provide moral support to the most isolated clients. Additionally, you will help more active clients improve their quality of life, freeing up time for their loved ones or hobbies. You will work autonomously but will have strong support from your agency: independent yes, alone no!
