AI VFX Artist — Photoreal Compositing & Generative Tools

Job summary

One of Us is seeking an AI VFX-Comp Artist with a strong sense for generative AI visuals to produce AI-assisted elements and integrate them into production composites for high-end projects. You will collaborate with the VFX supervisor and pipeline/TD teams to ensure outputs meet studio and client standards.

Initial focus will be on Face Swaps, while staying ahead of fast-moving AI tools, maintaining data security, and delivering on deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional compositing in film, series or high-end commercials.
• Curious mind that can adapt to fast-changing tech landscape.
• Proficient in Nuke with ability to integrate AI elements into workflows.
• Experience with node-based workflows (ComfyUI) and bridging to Nuke.
• Able to work within a VFX pipeline constraints and deliver photorealistic compositions.
• Excellent communication to explain AI capabilities and limits to supervisors/clients.

Responsibilities

• Produce AI-assisted elements and integrate into production composites.
• Collaborate with VFX supervisor, production and pipeline/TD teams to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Initial focus on Face Swaps and related AI-driven effects.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality for training/reference material.
• Stay updated with generative AI tools and propose improvements when beneficial.
