Alignerr is seeking Document Review Specialists to read, annotate, and classify documents that train AI systems. This remote, hourly-contract role offers flexible 10–40 hours per week and a chance to impact how AI understands structured and unstructured text.

You will read diverse documents, annotate them, and extract key data points while following precise guidelines. The work is independent, with opportunities for ongoing engagements as new projects launch.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension and ability to process diverse document types.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic, methodical approach.
• Comfortable following structured guidelines and applying them consistently at scale.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• No legal, paralegal, or document management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Read and annotate a diverse range of documents to help AI systems understand real-world text.
• Classify document sections, identify key information, and label important data points.
• Extract and tag critical entities, dates, relationships, and concepts from text.
• Follow structured annotation guidelines with precision and consistency.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy across large document sets.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
