Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Business Specialist to optimize AI training data using Google Workspace. This contract role demands 10-40 hours per week, fully remote, with high-quality content creation and review for business content used in AI systems.

You will leverage Docs, Sheets and Slides to structure information, provide feedback on formatting, and collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with business standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in business intelligence or strategy consulting.
• Advanced degree and strong academic background in business.
• Expert-level user of Google Workspace apps (Docs/Sheets/Slides).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize business processes efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Leverage Google Workspace tools to create and evaluate high-quality business content for AI system training.
• Provide feedback on document formatting, data organization, and presentation best practices within Google Workspace.
• Assess and improve AI-generated outputs by comparing them against real-world business standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training data accuracy and relevance.
