Job summary

UNESCO seeks a junior-level consultant to maintain and extend user documentation for Core Planner, Core Manager, Core Data Portal, and Core HR+. You will develop guidance for new features, prepare launch communications, and support the adoption program across DBS platforms.

You will help prepare an AI-ready knowledge base, curate content for AI-enabled support, and work with technical teams to validate AI-generated responses, ensuring timely and structured documentation across releases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing user documentation, training or change-management materials for enterprise software.
• Ability to structure and curate content in a consistent, searchable way.
• Experience publishing and maintaining content on an intranet / SharePoint-type platform.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend user documentation and adoption materials for UNESCO enterprise platforms.
• Develop guidance for new functionality and reporting capabilities for upcoming releases.
• Prepare launch communications and in-application guidance linked to new releases.
• Provide back-up support for Level 1 inquiries during peak demand and critical cycles.
