This is your mission

Are you passionate about AI in regulated environments? Then this position is for you.

As AI Quality Process Owner, you will drive the development, validation, and deployment of AI-driven solutions within quality management systems, ensuring compliance and industrialization of prioritized AI projects.

Build side:

• Lead implementation of AI strategies for QA systems and data-driven decision support
• Act as process data owner for global AI-driven quality management systems
• Ensure rollout, validation, and compliance of AI solutions globally
• Develop KPIs and metrics for AI system performance and quality outcomes
• Write, review, and approve SOPs, Change Control, Deviations, Investigations, and CAPA related to AI systems
• Monitor new guidelines and regulations (EMA, FDA, GxP, data integrity, AI guidance)
• Provide consultancy on AI, data science, and documentation in regulated environments
• Ensure inspection and audit readiness of AI platforms
• Build networks with key stakeholders and external partners
• Support cross-functional teams and drive AI adoption across the organization

This is your background

You have 7 - 8 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in AI, preferably in QA or GxP-regulated environments. You enjoy combining AI expertise with compliance knowledge, collaborating with diverse teams, and implementing digital solutions at scale.

This is your expertise:

Technical expertise:

• AI knowledge in QA (LLMs preferred) – mandatory
• Understanding of pharma compliance issues / GxP computerized systems (CSV)
• Application lifecycle management knowledge
• Veeva experience is a plus
• AI/ML certifications

Business & regulatory knowledge:

• Experience in digital transformation in regulated environments – preferred
• Leadership in multicultural and virtual environments – preferred
