Job summary

Sweep is seeking a freelance Product Manager to scale AI initiatives, collaborating across engineering, design, and customer teams in Paris. The role involves defining AI evaluation systems, enabling fast, quality-driven AI capabilities, and maintaining up-to-date policies and compliance.

The position covers October 2026 through May 2027 with regular Paris office presence and full-time commitment. You’ll work with the Ginkgo team and other squads to ensure Sweepy remains reliable while expanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS environments in the B2B space
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, ideally LLM-based assistants or agents
• Familiarity with evaluating AI features: datasets, thresholds and regression testing
• Solid understanding of user research principles, problem framing and requirements elicitation
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on complex or data-driven features
• Experience serving several product squads from a platform or shared team
• Working knowledge of AI governance and data-use questions, ideally the EU AI Act
• Proficient in English, French is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Review how customers use our AI and identify issues and opportunities
• Define how test and evaluation datasets should be built and maintained
• Help product teams build with AI and maintain quality across the product
• Shape AI product direction and priorities and decide what to solve next
• Lead discovery, specs and testing for AI initiatives and validate what we ship
• Keep AI policies and compliance up to date and coordinate with Legal
• Support customer-facing teams on AI capabilities and usage metrics
