CHAPTERS Group is seeking a hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineer to deploy and operate the AI Hub across portfolio companies. You will integrate AI into real business processes, and collaborate with the M&A team on AI-driven use cases.

You will build production-grade solutions, ensure observability, and work with AI Champions to enable scalable use cases. The role offers remote-first with regular on-site time and opportunities to influence group-wide AI strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DevOps, backend, or platform engineering.
• Fluent Python, writing clean, maintainable code.
• Practical experience with cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Solid familiarity with Docker, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled solutions using LLMs.
• Strong communication translating tech decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
• German (native or C2) and English fluent.

Responsabilités

• Design and deploy production-grade AI solutions integrated into real operational systems (ERP, accounting tools, email, legacy workflows).
• Build, test, and maintain integrations with enterprise services (MCP servers, Microsoft Graph, Git/Bitbucket, REST APIs).
• Ensure observability: logging, alerting, and audit trails for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI Champions and portfolio teams to translate business needs into implementable AI solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and operate AI Hub instances (Open WebUI) with SSO and onboarding.
• Support M&A team to identify targets, automate outreach, and assist due diligence.
