Job summary

Google Paris, France is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales and post-sales execution in the GTM AI Tech organization. You will act as an enterprise architect and technical delivery manager, shaping AI solutions with adoption and rapid activation in mind.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, enterprise content management (ECMs), identity), Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution for AI accounts.
• Architect how technical assets integrate into the customer’s IT ecosystem (connectors, identity, data residency, legal constraints).
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and ensure secure integration with models, agents, and connectors.
• Troubleshoot deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests for Product/Engineering.
• Influence technical stakeholders and executive leaders through clear communication and architectural foresight.
