Mercor is hiring experienced music producers and audio engineers to evaluate generative music AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab. You will assess AI-generated music across genres and rate it against detailed quality standards, working in French and English.

Start date is immediate with a project timeline up to 6 months. The role requires 20 hours per week with flexible commitment; candidates should have 2+ years in music production or related fields and suitable listening gear.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in French and ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
