Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Logic Coach with a Philosophy background to help AI models reason clearly, avoid contradictions, and stay fair. You will read AI outputs and ensure they follow sound logic and balanced ethics.

Responsibilities include checking logic, reviewing ethics, spotting bias, and simplifying explanations for broad global audiences. A Bachelor’s in Philosophy and native-language proficiency are required, with basic English to read instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy is required.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language is required.
• Basic (B1) English to read our instructions.
• Clear thinker with ability to spot errors in arguments and explain reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Check the Logic: read AI explanations and point out logical mistakes or contradictions.
• Review Ethics: assess how the AI handles right vs. wrong questions and ensure balanced responses.
• Spot Bias: help AI avoid unfair favoritism and ensure global applicability.
• Simplify Answers: rewrite complex AI responses to be honest, clear, and easy to understand.
