ixolabs.ai is seeking a Management & Leadership Instructor to develop training materials and scenarios covering foundational leadership theories. You will assess AI-driven guidance on strategy, delegation, and motivation, while contributing insights on talent acquisition and engagement.

The role emphasizes ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, and emotional intelligence, with a flexible, ongoing project commitment of 10–20 hours per week. MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• MBA or advanced degree in business/organizational fields.
• Proven track record in team development and strategic execution.
• Familiarity with leadership assessments and performance systems.
• Experience in corporate training, executive coaching, or academia.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive training materials on foundational leadership theories (e.g., Transformational, Servant, Situational Leadership).
• Create realistic scenarios for managing team dynamics, conflict resolution, and performance feedback.
• Generate data on organizational structures, change management strategies, and corporate culture development.
• Formulate questions and evaluate AI's ability to provide actionable advice on strategic planning, delegation, and motivation.
• Provide expert insights into talent acquisition, employee engagement, and succession planning best practices.
• Review and refine AI-generated content for its understanding of ethical leadership, diversity & inclusion, and emotional intelligence in the workplace.
