Job summary

Dedale Intelligence is seeking an Investment & Strategy Associate, a role tailored for PhD graduates who want to translate deep research into practical investment insights in AI, software, and technology sectors. You will combine rigorous analysis with financial thinking to evaluate frontier companies and multi-million opportunities.

You will conduct fundamental research, perform due diligence, build financial models, and present findings in English to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD graduate from a Tier 1 university, ideally AI/CS/math/quantitative with strong AI focus.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategy and business (finance/tech/startups or corporate).
• Excellent Excel abilities and ability to integrate quantitative findings into financial models.
• Strong English communication skills; French/ German/ Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep fundamental research on software & technology companies.
• Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on listed and private tech firms.
• Build and leverage financial models combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Lead interviews in English with professionals and analysts; collaborate with former Tier 1 consultants.
• Deliver high-quality research outputs to support multi-million investment decisions.
• Prepare communications materials and present findings to internal teams.
