Exponential AI is seeking an AI Innovation Engineer to join the Legal Innovation and Strategy team in Paris. You will design and deploy advanced ML models, applying AI to real-world problems across industries.

Responsibilities include implementing AI-powered services, NLP and image/text recognition, and collaborating with data engineers to improve systems. A strong background in Azure, ML frameworks, and LLMs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data/Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics (or equivalent).
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure, AI, or Data Science desirable.
• Proven experience with predictive and automation tools.
• Hands-on with large-scale data repositories and cloud infrastructures (Azure preferred).
• Experience designing, deploying, and scaling ML solutions across industries.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and practical applications.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; familiar with Power BI/Tableau.

• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and relationships.
