Edenred SE recrute un engineer full‑stack IA pour rejoindre l’AI Factory et concevoir des applications web IA évolutives. Vous travaillerez à l’intersection frontend et backend, en produisant des interfaces et APIs prêtes pour la production afin de soutenir des assistants et agents IA à l’échelle mondiale.

Le rôle exige au moins 3 années d’expérience, une maîtrise du stack moderne et une appétence pour l’Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ années d’expérience en développement full‑stack et en livraison d’applications.
• Maîtrise JS/TS (React/Next.js/Vue.js) et Python ou Node.js.
• Expérience avec API REST/GraphQL et architecture microservices.
• Bases de données SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) et conteneurisation (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsabilités

• Concevoir et développer des interfaces utilisateur réactives pour des assistants IA.
• Construire des APIs et services backend robustes pour les flux IA.
• Gérer bases de données et pipelines de données en garantissant performance et sécurité.
• Intégrer capacités IA (LLMs, outils) dans des applications full‑stack.
• Collaborer avec les Product Managers et les parties prenantes pour traduire les besoins en solutions techniques.
• Assurer des livraisons en production et une architecture évolutive et maintenable.
• Rédiger du code propre, tests unitaires et e2e, et suivre les meilleures pratiques.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an AI Full Stack Engineer to join the Group Agentic AI Factory, focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI-powered web applications that enable high-value assistants, agents, and agentic AI solutions across the organization. You'll work at the intersection of front-end and back-end development, building production-ready interfaces and APIs that bring AI capabilities to life for business users worldwide.

Development & Implementation

• Design and develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces for AI assistants, agents, and agentic applications
• Build robust, scalable APIs and backend services to support AI workflows, RAG systems, and agent orchestration
• Manage databases and data pipelines ensuring performance, security, and reliability
• Integrate AI platform capabilities (LLMs, tools, workflows) into full-stack applications

Collaboration & Product Delivery

• Collaborate with AI Product Managers, AI Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in Agentic AI Factory rituals and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end experiences and back-end AI services
• Deliver production-ready features aligned with business objectives and user needs

Quality & Innovation

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
• Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e) and ensure code quality
• Stay current with emerging technologies in full-stack development and AI application patterns
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and platform evolution

YOUR PROFILE

Technical Expertise:

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience with proven track record of shipping production applications
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks)
• Solid backend development skills in Python, Node.js, or similar languages
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
• Database expertise (SQL and NoSQL: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar)
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Version control mastery (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

AI & Modern Stack:

• Passion for Agentic AI and AI agents — curious about how AI transforms user experiences
• Experience integrating AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar)
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB), and AI orchestration frameworks
• Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM observability, and AI application patterns

Soft Skills:

• Proactive and autonomous — able to move fast in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment
• Strong communication skills — comfortable working with cross-functional, international teams
• Problem-solving mindset — able to prioritize tasks and re-prioritize constantly based on business impact
• User-centric approach — focused on delivering intuitive, high-quality experiences

Languages:

• Fluent spoken and written English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with enterprise platforms, governance frameworks, and security best practices
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AI model deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with Databricks, data engineering tools, and analytics platforms
• Experience with design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UX principles
• Previous work in consulting, product companies, or fast-paced startup environments
• Vibe-coding — ability to rapidly prototype and iterate with AI-assisted development tools
