Job summary

efficy Group is hiring an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI-powered integrations and multi-year roadmaps for 3–5 enterprise customers, embedded with their teams onsite or remotely. You’ll work across integrations, AI automation, and CRM environments within a hybrid model in France.

You’ll report to the Director of Solutions for efficy CRM and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions while growing with the company in a European SaaS group.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data pipelines, ETL and data quality.
• 1+ year in CRM, SaaS or enterprise integrations.
• Fluent in French and English; bilingual communication.
• Hybrid work model with ability to be onsite in Paris or Toulouse.

Responsibilities

• Act as dedicated integration engineer for 3–5 strategic customers, building and maintaining integrations, workflows and AI automations.
• Deploy and configure agentic AI capabilities, design intelligent workflows, and connect external AI platforms to efficy CRM while ensuring security and data sovereignty.
• Own each customer’s multi-year integration strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Join customer planning and tech decisions, advise on integration patterns, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and feed customer insights back to product teams.
• Deliver production-grade, secure, maintainable code and document architectures and decisions.

Job Overview

We’re looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to own AI-powered integrations and the multi-year integration roadmap for 3 to 5 strategic enterprise customers on efficy CRM . You’ll be embedded with their technical teams, onsite or remotely, building custom integrations, workflows and agentic AI automations in their efficy CRM environment.

You’ll act as the bridge between our customers and our engineering & product teams, and report to Walter, Director of Solutions for efficy CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Customer-embedded engineering : act as the dedicated integration engineer for 3 to 5 strategic customers, building and maintaining integrations, workflows and AI automations (you’re always happy to jump on a call with their team)
• Agentic AI deployment : deploy and configure agentic AI capabilities, build intelligent workflows that automate business processes, and connect external AI platforms to efficy CRM within security, data sovereignty and access controls
• Integration roadmap : own each customer’s multi-year integration strategy and drive continuous improvement rather than reactive maintenance
• Technical advisory : join customer planning and tech decisions, and advise on integration patterns, APIs, platform capabilities and emerging technologies
• Product partnership : translate business needs into technical solutions and feed customer insights back to our product teams
• Quality : deliver production-grade, secure, maintainable code, document architectures and integration decisions, and keep solutions aligned with platform updates

Who you are

• Experience : strong software engineering background, with 4+ years in data pipelines, ETL and data quality, and 1+ year in CRM, SaaS or enterprise integrations
• Skills : REST APIs, webhooks and event-driven architectures; understanding of AI/ML and agentic systems; comfortable across multiple tech stacks
• Customer partnership : experience working embedded or consultative with customer teams, with strong stakeholder management and communication
• Ownership : proactive, autonomous and outcome-driven, balancing innovation with maintainability
• Nice to have : forward-deployed, consulting or customer success engineering background; data privacy and security in enterprise contexts; AI orchestration platforms
• Language proficiency : full professional fluency in French & English
• Hybrid policy : you can come to the Paris or Toulouse office 3 days a week
