Mirakl, Paris-based marketplace platform leader, seeks a Senior Global Sales Enablement role to scale AI-driven programs across the EMEA region and beyond.

You will own onboarding, design AI agents and workflows, and partner with sales leadership to measure impact and ROI. This role blends strategy, execution, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or GTM Operations in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI agents or automated workflows for sales enablement.
• Track record delivering enablement programs with measurable impact on revenue.
• Experience using Gong and Dust for analytics and insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI-powered enablement at scale across the global GTM organization, driving adoption and ROI.
• Architect AI agents and automated workflows that accelerate onboarding and access to knowledge.
• Drive data-led enablement using Gong analytics and program metrics to optimize content and outcomes.
• Own onboarding and continuous learning programs across regions, covering MEDDPICC, Challenger, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps and AI teams to align enablement with business goals.
