ixolabs.ai is seeking a Financial Services Expert to train AI on banking, insurance, fintech products, and regulatory concepts. You will develop high-quality datasets and evaluation criteria to improve model understanding across finance domains.

You will provide clear explanations of complex concepts to professionals and lay audiences, assess AML/KYC rules, and ensure accuracy in market analysis. This role is remote, part-time (20–30 hours/week) with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, across banking, insurance, or fintech sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial products, services, and operational processes.
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations (e.g., Dodd-Frank, Basel III, Solvency II, PSD2).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, LOMA, CAMS) are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Develop comprehensive training datasets on various banking products, including retail banking, commercial lending, and wealth management services.
• Create scenarios and provide expert evaluations on different types of insurance (life, health, property & casualty) and their policy structures.
• Evaluate AI outputs related to fintech innovations, such as blockchain in finance, mobile payments, and robo-advisors.
• Assess AI's understanding of financial regulation, including consumer protection laws, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
• Identify and correct factual inaccuracies or misinterpretations in AI's analysis of market trends and competitive dynamics within financial services.
• Refine AI's capacity to explain complex financial services concepts to both industry professionals and general consumers.
