Job summary

Septeo is seeking a permanent Bug Bounty Hunter (M/F) to join our Red Team, with remote options in France or based in Montpellier/Valbonne. You will design and operate AI-powered security tools, identify vulnerabilities, and work with Product Owners, DTOs, developers and CISOs to remediate findings and strengthen security practices.

Qualifications

• Background as a Hunter, Bug Bounty Hunter or security researcher with a strong track record.
• Hands-on experience applying AI to security, including agents, automation and advanced AI models.
• Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and production deployment, pipelines and CI/CD.
• Highly autonomous with the ability to work with Product Owners, DTOs, developers and CISOs.
• Excellent communication across diverse stakeholders to drive remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance offensive tools and workflows, including architecture and guardrails.
• Deploy, stabilise and maintain them with a Dev/DevOps mindset (pipelines, monitoring).
• Operate daily: schedule, launch, monitor workflows; diagnose drift; triage false positives; restore systems after incidents.
• Prototype quickly, measure value and decide what should be industrialised or discontinued.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, DTOs, developers and CISOs to qualify vulnerabilities and track remediation.
• Document design decisions and guardrails; justify why choices were retained or not.
