Biolevate in Paris seeks an AI research intern to build a chemistry analysis pipeline for generating therapeutic molecules and a retrosynthesis module for planning chemical routes. You will explore state-of-the-art chemistry models, develop generation/transformation systems using SMILES, graphs, and 3D representations, and apply ADMET filters.

You’ll connect targets with proposed synthetic routes in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in chemistry, computational chemistry, or a related field.
• Interest in AI for drug discovery and biomedical applications.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, research-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Explore state-of-the-art chemistry models and identify relevant approaches.
• Develop a molecular generation/transformation system using SMILES, graphs, and 3D representations.
• Integrate pharmacological filters including ADMET and drug-likeness assessment.
• Develop a retrosynthesis and chemical planning system and provide interfaces to connect targets with candidate molecules.
