• 3+ years of experience as a coach or Scrum Master.

Your key missions:

• Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Provide coaching and support for Product Owners and Product Managers to drive mindset shifts and promote continuous improvement.

• Protect squads by identifying and addressing obstacles, working with stakeholders to resolve issues, and ensuring squads have the resources they need.

• Coach squads to embrace Agile principles, values, and practices, including self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.

• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging squads to reflect on processes, adopt best practices, and drive innovation.
