Your Future Missions and Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will involve supporting sellers and buyers in completing their purchase or sale projects. To help you succeed, efficity provides various services: training, on-field support, customer service, lead generation, and professional tools.

Daily Tasks

• Prospecting and developing your property portfolio
• Finding new properties to sell
• Estimating property values based on market conditions
• Providing personalized support to sellers and buyers
• Marketing properties
• Creating and posting attractive listings
• Organizing visits with potential buyers
• Implementing effective communication and marketing strategies
• Advising clients at each step
• Negotiating offers to reach agreements
