Jobtailor in Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France, seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to conduct studies using historical data and review mock-ups, ensuring alignment with the design and product development process for multidisciplinary systems.

You will perform mechanical studies related to aerospace/defense, modify concepts based on feedback, and complete technical documentation while updating PLM/PDM databases.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of significant experience in the field.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor and good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Creo is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct studies using historical data and review physical and/or digital mock-ups
• Follow the design and product development process for multidisciplinary products (mechanical, optronics, etc.)
• Perform mechanical studies and concept design related to aerospace or defense (radar, laser, trim systems, cameras, etc.)
• Modify studies and concepts based on feedback from calculations, production, or maintenance
• Complete technical documentation and other required justifications
• Conduct documentation research and detailed analyses of specification elements to record facts, technical incidents, and repairs
• Update PLM/PDM databases (associated specifications).
