Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking staff to assist in inpatient dialysis services, providing patient care under the supervision of a Hemodialysis RN. You will assist with set-up, monitoring, and documentation to ensure safe, effective treatments.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting quality improvement initiatives within FMCNA policy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required, but at least 6 months in a related field is preferred.
• Effective communication skills – verbal and written.
• Must meet CMS-approved state and/or national certification requirements within required state or CMS timeline.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direct supervision of the Hemodialysis RN for assigned patient(s).
• Report and document new incidents, complaints, or problems to the RN.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and support quality improvement activities.
• Set up and prime equipment for renal replacement therapies as directed by the Fresenius Nurse.
