Une société de construction indépendante recherche un Acheteur Travaux (F/H) pour gérer les achats de travaux majeurs et secondaires. Le candidat idéal doit détenir un diplôme en achats et avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction. Ce poste à temps plein est basé à Saclay, Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction.
• Connaissance de la gestion de chantiers et des missions en économie de la construction.
• Permis de conduire valide (B).

Responsabilités

• Gérer les achats de travaux majeurs et secondaires pour les chantiers.
• Participer aux réunions de transfert pour identifier les besoins d'achat.
• Finaliser les consultations d'achats en assurant des prix compétitifs.

Responsibilities

1. Manage procurement of major works (concrete, formwork, reinforcement, subcontracting, etc.) and secondary works for construction sites, in close collaboration with project managers.
2. Participate in transfer meetings to identify procurement needs and structure purchase files accordingly.
3. Issue and finalize procurement consultations, ensuring competitive pricing, timely delivery, and quality in collaboration with site management.
4. Promote the procurement department's services to operational teams, agency managers, and major project leaders during both budgeting and execution phases.
5. Understand technical specifications and critical elements of products and services purchased.
6. Manage a project procurement schedule.
7. Develop and implement FCAI's procurement policies, contribute to establishing and deploying framework agreements with national and regional suppliers.

Prerequisites

1. Preferably hold an engineering degree with a specialization in Purchasing or a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing with at least 3 years of experience in construction.
2. Background in site management, design office, or experience as a construction economist with an interest in procurement.
3. Valid driver’s license (B).
