A global messaging platform provider in Nouvelle-Aquitaine is seeking an Account Manager to join their inside sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, on-boarding new clients, and advancing sales opportunities. They will need to be fluent in French and possess a track record in account management and sales of software solutions. This role offers a competitive salary of €35k along with a €6.6k bonus.

Responsabilités

  • Providing 5* customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Helping on-board new customers.
  • Working towards KPIs.
  • Advancing sales opportunities.
  • Upselling existing and new solutions by identifying customer requirements.
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Promote a positive team culture.
  • Other ad hoc duties.

Connaissances

Fluent in French
Experience in new business/account management
Analysing accounts and meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience using web based applications and Windows
Determining customer requirements
Sales experience with software solutions/services (SAAS)
Knowledge of the SMS and telecoms industry
Knowledge of marketing and messaging tools

  • Sales experience with software solutions/services (SAAS)
