A leading insurtech company in Paris is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will ensure strong relationships with distribution partners and coordinate internal efforts to achieve commercial success. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in account management, is motivated by impact, and is fluent in both French and English.

As an Account Manager, your mission is to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong and profitable long-term relationships with our distribution partners. You’ll act as the central point of contact for internal coordination, commercial performance, and partner satisfaction.
A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Insurance, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the insurance sector
Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
Proven experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
Advanced use of CRM and digital tools, with a data-driven mindset
Mandatory fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
A strategic and analytical thinker with a commercial mindset
Customer-oriented with a natural ability to build trust
Autonomous, structured, and proactive
Motivated by performance and impact
Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
