A dynamic cybersecurity firm is seeking an Account Executive for Spain. Located in Paris, you will manage the full sales cycle targeting mid-market companies. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, is fluent in English, and a native Spanish speaker. As part of their European expansion, the company is launching its presence in Spain, and is hiring one of its first Account Executives for this new market. You’ll play a pivotal role in opening and growing the region, selling into mid-market companies (10 to 2,500 employees) with an average deal size of ~€10k and short sales cycles (~ 90 days).
You’ll join a high-performance sales team headquartered in Paris, working closely with sales leadership and contributing to the go-to-market strategy for Spain.
Manage the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to closing — and help shape the company’s strategy in Spain.
Own pipeline generation through outbound prospecting: calls, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.
Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions
Deliver product demos and guide prospects through the proof-of-concept phase
Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-market stakeholders (including CISOs and CIOs)
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding
Bring local market insights to product and marketing teams
2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in fast-paced environments
Experience in both outbound BDR roles and full-cycle AE roles
Comfortable selling to C-level stakeholders, ideally in tech or cybersecurity
Driven, autonomous, and curious — with a “doer” mentality and appetite for learning
Full professional proficiency in English and native in Spanish
Based in Paris or willing to relocate (on-site culture)
Bonus: Passion for cybersecurity or previous exposure to security tech
Reports to: VP Sales
Collaborates with: Sales Team Lead, Customer Success, Product Marketing
