Location: Paris (on-site with up to 2 remote days/month)
Contract: Full-time – Permanent
Language Requirements: Spanish native, fluent English

Context & Opportunity

As part of their European expansion, the company is launching its presence in Spain, and is hiring one of its first Account Executives for this new market. You’ll play a pivotal role in opening and growing the region, selling into mid-market companies (10 to 2,500 employees) with an average deal size of ~€10k and short sales cycles (~ 90 days).

You’ll join a high-performance sales team headquartered in Paris, working closely with sales leadership and contributing to the go-to-market strategy for Spain.

Your Mission

Manage the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to closing — and help shape the company’s strategy in Spain.

Responsibilities
  • Own pipeline generation through outbound prospecting: calls, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.

  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and position tailored solutions

  • Deliver product demos and guide prospects through the proof-of-concept phase

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-market stakeholders (including CISOs and CIOs)

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Bring local market insights to product and marketing teams

Ideal Candidate
  • 2–3+ years of B2B sales experience in fast-paced environments

  • Experience in both outbound BDR roles and full-cycle AE roles

  • Comfortable selling to C-level stakeholders, ideally in tech or cybersecurity

  • Driven, autonomous, and curious — with a “doer” mentality and appetite for learning

  • Full professional proficiency in English and native in Spanish

  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate (on-site culture)

  • Bonus: Passion for cybersecurity or previous exposure to security tech

Reporting & Team
  • Reports to: VP Sales

  • Collaborates with: Sales Team Lead, Customer Success, Product Marketing

  • HQ in Paris (Le Marais), hybrid work possible 2x/month
