Account Executive – SaaS Solutions for Advanced Engineering

Our client is an innovative software company based in France, specializing in advanced engineering solutions for the automotive and aerospace sectors. Their platform leverages AI and automation to streamline complex design processes, helping global manufacturers accelerate innovation. With strong inbound interest and a growing international footprint, they are expanding their commercial team.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their team in Paris. This role is critical to converting qualified leads into long-term customers and driving outbound activity to build a robust pipeline. You will manage the full sales cycle—from qualification calls to closing—while working closely with the CEO and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualification calls with inbound leads from marketing campaigns (EMEA)
  • Drive outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored SaaS solutions that create measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with the CEO during early-stage discussions and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in SaaS or software sales, ideally within engineering or industrial sectors (PLM, CAD / CAM is a plus)
  • Strong ability to balance high outbound activity with inbound lead management.
  • French and English speaking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate (Only candidates based in France will be considered)
