Description du poste

At Sanofi, we’re committed to transform the practice of medicine through breakthrough science. Within Sanofi, Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) is the bridge between Science and Patients, ensuring all patients get their dose reliably, that new medicines are launched faster to cover unmet needs and that they can be delivered affordably across the globe. Join our DigitalM&S Accelerator team as Product Owner and you can help make it happen.

Your job? As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader and act as a mini‑CEO for digital products, co‑defining product strategy with M&S leadership, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery teams, and measuring and optimizing business impact.

Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply is the most extraordinary playground you can imagine. The world of drug development and advanced manufacturing with opportunities for real‑world AI is one of the most fascinating places to be in digital today and biomanufacturing puts an additional twist of challenge working with biological living processes and saving people’s lives.

You will deliver capabilities to our 40 factories spread across five continents. You will work with real‑time IoT data from hundreds of manufacturing lines with leading‑edge production and laboratory equipment. You will help secure one of the strongest new treatment pipelines in the biopharma industry. And you will serve thousands of extraordinary scientists, process engineers, manufacturing engineers, manufacturing operators and quality experts who are convinced that digital is the path to become a best‑in‑class organization.

We have established the Digital M&S Accelerator as a dedicated agile organization to deliver high‑value digital products focused primarily on accelerating launches and creating best‑in‑class digitalised factories we call Lighthouses. The ambition is first to secure the pipeline of new treatment launches, successfully launching yearly 3 to 5 new blockbuster medicines (peak yearly revenue of 1 billion euros) where delays have multi‑million euros impact, and second to deliver manufacturing performance driving cost of goods reduction of more than 500 million euros over the next five years.

In this role you will own and deliver new innovative digital products. You will be empowered to build digital capabilities that disrupt current manufacturing and new medicine launch practices. You will be expected not just to enable but to modernise, automate or eliminate activities that do not create value by leveraging digital, data and AI technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Own products from a "What", "Why" and "Outcome" perspective
  • Define, create, and communicate product roadmap aligned with business priorities and supported by business cases, shopfloor research and competitive analysis
  • Manage product delivery and documentation, ensuring requirements collection, process and solution documentation, and solution development meet defined milestones
  • Deliver products that are easy to adopt and use, contribute to roll‑out across factories or launch teams and constantly monitor and improve usage and user satisfaction
  • Manage backlog prioritisation of work and be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint while ensuring enough focus is put on experimenting breakthrough ideas
  • Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, clarifying context and expectations, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
  • Inspire the team, raise the ambition and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
Experience
  • Product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in manufacturing or industrial development
  • Experience in a biopharma or biotech company is a strong plus
  • Experience with Agile and Digital transformation in complex, international environments
Soft skills
  • Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
  • Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
  • Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business / other teams
  • Structured, organised, and capable of managing multiple topics and priorities
  • Track‑record of problem‑solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership & influencing skills
  • Curiosity, creativity, sense of detail, first principles and “get things done” mindset
Technical skills
  • Solid knowledge of Lean or Agile practices, User Experience & Application Design
Education
  • Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or biotech
Benefits
  • Learn what it takes to make a service with a truly global reach
  • Be part of an organisation that values diversity, inclusion, and the richness of different backgrounds and experiences
  • Engage in meaningful work that combines the challenges of pharma, manufacturing, environmental matters and technical fields, offering abundant opportunities for professional growth and impact
