Job summary

Ubisoft is seeking a Business Development Assistant – Internship (6 months) based in Paris. You will support internal coordination, track opportunities, and assist partner discussions under the Strategic Partnerships & Business Development teams.

You will analyze partner performance and help build dashboards for internal reviews, while ensuring smooth third-party campaigns and asset delivery. The role requires a pursuing degree, strong analytical skills, Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint proficiency, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to structure and synthesize information; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in English for an international collaboration environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal point of contact to centralize studios’ needs related to Third-Party Payments and alternative distribution initiatives.
• Qualify and follow up opportunities (pre- and post-sales) and assist partner discussions led by the manager.
• Coordinate with HQ Marketing and Studios on partner activations and production of summary materials.
