SBM Offshore invites applications for a 6 months internship in Acoustic research at Carros, FR. You will work in a laboratory environment supporting acoustic separation experiments with liquid-liquid systems under experienced engineers. The role emphasizes hands-on lab work and data collection.

The candidate should be an Engineering school student or a Master’s student, with interest in acoustics and MATLAB for data analysis. Local onsite position with safety and quality emphasis.

Qualifications

• Engineering student or Master's degree student in science.
• Hands-on experimental skills and interest in laboratory work.
• Basic knowledge in acoustics, mechanical engineering, electronics.
• Experience with MATLAB for data analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in development and execution of acoustic separation experiments in liquid-liquid systems.
• Prepare and assemble experimental test setups in the laboratory.
• Calibrate and tune electronic equipment and measurement systems.
• Support execution of experimental test campaigns under supervision.
• Collect, organize, and perform preliminary analysis of data.
• Contribute to test documentation and results reporting.
• Follow site safety procedures and good experimental practices.
