Qualifications

• Significant experience in luxury hospitality (similar role required).
• Excellent presentation and keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership and team management ability.
• Client-focused mindset and high level of discretion.
• Organisation, attention to detail and responsiveness.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate housekeeping teams to deliver 5-star standards.
• Inspect room cleanliness and presentation for all guest areas.
• Lead daily briefings and set priorities for the team.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards (LQA).
• Manage team schedules, stock, linen, amenities and cleaning products.
• Train, supervise and motivate staff; liaise with reception and other departments.
