Wilderness Guides Seasonal Work in Lapland (1518€/h)Do you want to work in the heart of Laplands nature and create unforgettable experiences for international guests?
We are now looking for motivated and positive Wilderness Guides to join our team for a fixed-term position during the 20252026 winter season!About the RoleAs a Wilderness Guide, youll be responsible for safely and professionally leading a variety of outdoor excursions, such as snowmobile safaris, snowshoe hikes, and other winter adventures. Youll be interacting with international guests daily, offering them memorable moments in the stunning landscapes of Lapland with a relaxed but responsible approach.No two days are the same in this role. Youll work both independently and as part of a team, in a range of conditions where problem-solving skills and a flexible mindset are essential. Estimated contract period: November 15, 2025 March 31, 2026
(Exact start and end dates will be confirmed closer to the season.)What We Expect from YouWe hope you already have experience working as a wilderness or outdoor guide, along with a responsible and customer-focused attitude. You are hands-on, proactive, and a reliable team player.To succeed in this role, youll need:
At least first aid certification (minimum EA1 level)
Fluent English skills (most of our guests are international)
A love for the outdoors and comfort working in cold, snowy conditions
