Job summary

VISIO Henkilöstöratkaisut invites motivated welders to join our Oulu area teams. The role covers welding and installation of steel structures in a workshop or at installation sites, with methods chosen by you and the project needs.

You should have welding experience, a valid safety card and hot-work permit. Finnish language skills are required for site leadership and safety communication; training and onboarding are provided, with regular pay under TES.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required and ability to work independently.
• Valid safety card and hot-work permit required.
• Knowledge of welding methods (MIG/MAG, TIG, or stick) is beneficial.
• Good attitude and motivation to develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Weld and install steel structures in workshops or at installation sites.
• Operate welding methods (MIG/MAG, TIG or stick) as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain quality.
