Job summary

VISIO Henkilöstöratkaisut invites motivated welders to join our Oulu area teams. The role covers welding and installation of steel structures in a workshop or at installation sites, with methods chosen by you and the project needs.

You should have welding experience, a valid safety card and hot-work permit. Finnish language skills are required for site leadership and safety communication; training and onboarding are provided, with regular pay under TES.

Job description

We are currently seeking motivated welders for the Oulu area. The job involves performing a variety of metalworking tasks from component manufacture to assembly of finished structures.

Your duties broadly include welding and installation work on steel structures in a workshop or potentially at installation sites. The welding methods (e.g., MIG/MAG, TIG or stick) will be refined according to your skills and the targets.

To be considered for this position you should have welding experience, the right attitude and motivation to develop into a top professional, valid safety card and hot-work permit. Welding classes are beneficial but, if missing, can be updated. Good Finnish language skills are required for site leadership and safety communication. Strong work ethic, independence, reliability and teamwork are valued.

In this role, the salary is determined by your skills and experience, at least in accordance with the Technology Industry collective agreement TES. Salary paid twice a month.
